We do not collect sensitive financial documents through public forms.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, route you to the right offer or team member, send newsletter content you opted into, schedule and prepare for booked sessions, and improve our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-party tools
We use third-party tools for scheduling (Calendly), customer relationship management, and email delivery. Our forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. These providers process your information under their own privacy and security practices.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by reaching out through the contact page.
Confidentiality of advisory work
Information shared during Emergency Room sessions, Private 1:1 Advisory engagements, Fractional Executive work, or Shoulder to Shoulder participation is treated as confidential and is not published or shared without your permission.
