Paid sessions, including The Emergency Room, are booked through our scheduling provider and require payment to confirm. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. The Profitable Partnership, Fractional Executive engagements, and Shoulder to Shoulder membership are governed by their own separate agreements once terms are finalized between the parties.
