You do not need another person giving you more to do.

You need someone who can see the whole business, tell you what matters now, and stay close enough to help the decision become real. Private 1:1 Advisory is Nick’s advisory relationship for owners who want clearer priorities, stronger leadership, and profitable momentum, without carrying every important decision alone.

Application first · Terms discussed after qualification · Every application is read personally. You hear back either way.

Nick Cavuoto teaching at a whiteboard during a working session.

The business is working. It should be working better.

You have customers. Revenue comes in. You have built something most people never will. But the company still feels heavier than it should. Too many decisions run through you. The team can complete tasks but struggles to own outcomes. Revenue grows, but profit does not always follow.

Nothing is catastrophically broken. That is what makes the problem difficult to explain. The company is successful enough to keep going. It is not yet strong enough to give you what you thought success would create.

Not a program

This is not a coaching program.

No generic curriculum. No module you complete because it worked for someone else. No advisor standing at a safe distance while you carry the consequences. This is a private strategic partnership. We look at the numbers, the offer, sales, marketing, people, leadership, systems, capacity, AI, and execution, and the decisions you keep avoiding.

Then we identify what matters now. Make the move. Measure the result. Adjust. And solve the next thing affecting everything else.

“The goal is not to give the owner more information. The goal is to help the business move.”Nick Cavuoto

The whole system

What we may work on.

Revenue

Strategy, new and recurring revenue, sales process, pipeline, conversion, partnerships.

Profit

Pricing, offer economics, margin, cost structure, capacity, resource allocation.

Marketing

Positioning, messaging, demand generation, paid media, marketing-to-sales alignment.

People

Hiring, role clarity, team structure, leadership, accountability, delegation.

Operations

Workflow, SOP extraction, project ownership, operating rhythm, removing owner intervention.

AI & leverage

Practical AI adoption, automation, workflow redesign, knowledge capture, decision support.

These are not separate engagements. The business experiences them as one connected system. The work moves to whichever area is constraining the rest.

The method

Diagnose. Decide. Move. Transfer.

Diagnose

See the whole business.

  • The real current state, not the polished version.
Decide

Find the leverage point. Choose the priority.

  • The issue affecting multiple outcomes at once.
  • Everything cannot matter equally.
Move

Make the move. Create momentum.

  • Actions, owners, conversations, numbers, deadlines.
  • Relief creates space. Space creates execution.
Transfer

Transfer capability. Solve the next constraint.

  • Strengthen the owner and team so progress continues.
  • As the business changes, the limiting issue changes.

A typical working sequence

What the early months tend to look like.

Days 1–30

The truth

Establish the current state, review the numbers, identify the primary constraint, and create immediate priorities.

Days 31–60

The move

Implement the highest-leverage decision, clarify roles, build the operating rhythm, remove work trapping the owner.

Days 61–90

The evidence

Measure the result, identify where execution is breaking, adjust the strategy, establish the next constraint.

A typical sequence, not a guaranteed schedule. Every business starts from a different baseline.

What success looks like

A stronger business, and a stronger position for the person who built it.

Commercial

  • More profitable revenue
  • Stronger pricing and offers
  • Margin that survives growth

Organizational

  • Faster decisions
  • More capable team members
  • Work leaving the owner’s head
  • A company that keeps moving when the owner steps away

Human

  • More time and stability
  • Confidence in the next decision
  • Options for the owner and family

The goal is not growth at any cost. The goal is a stronger business: one that makes more money, keeps more of what it creates, develops better people, and gives something back to the person who built it.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

This is for you if…

You are an owner with a real business and revenue, willing to share financial and operational reality, who wants an advisor who will be direct, can act on recommendations, and wants ongoing support rather than another isolated conversation.

This is not for…

An owner still searching for a first viable idea, unwilling to share the numbers, wanting Nick to become the permanent operator of every function, or who collects advice without implementation.

FAQ

Is this business coaching?
It includes coaching when useful. It also includes direct advice, commercial strategy, operating decisions, and accountability. “Strategic partnership” is the more accurate description.
Does Nick do the implementation?
Nick provides direct leadership, resources, and selected hands-on support. The owner and team remain responsible for execution unless a separate scope is agreed.
Is the Emergency Room required first?
Not always. Strong referrals and clearly qualified applicants may apply directly.
What does it cost?
Terms are presented after qualification, since scope and baseline differ by business.

You have already proven you can build a business. Now build one stronger than your ability to rescue it.
