Glass Therapy & Sublimity Advertising
He left the first call saying “four years of work in 49 minutes.” Six months later he hit an all-time record month, up 141% year over year.
Dave built Glass Therapy from a one-man window-cleaning operation in Clarksville, Tennessee into a full exterior-cleaning company serving homes and businesses across the region, after quitting a six-figure marketing job the same day he had a dream about owning one, having never cleaned a window in his life. A husband, father, and man of deep faith, he started the business the way most owners do: doing everything himself, phones, quotes, crews, and crises included. Along the way he launched Sublimity Advertising, a Meta Ads coaching business for home service owners, built on the credibility of being an active operator, not a guru.
A real company with employees and real revenue, and everything still routed through Dave. Phones, decisions, crises. His own words on day one: “I don’t know how long Glass Therapy would last” without him. Sublimity sat dormant because the first business consumed him.
Architectural, not motivational. Phones moved off his plate. An operations manager elevated to run hiring independently. The team grown to six on proper W2s. A new $450/hr service line. Sublimity re-priced to its sweet spot, where the close rate went from 2-of-22 to 9-of-20, with an operator hired to run it. His Sabbath protected throughout.
When his truck was in an accident, Dave deliberately didn’t answer the team’s calls. He wanted to know if the business could handle it without him. It did, and the record months kept coming: $44,058 in May, then $51,384 in June. He paid cash for a $5,000 family vacation and didn’t feel like he lost money.

Nick is a long-time friend, brother, and mentor of mine. He’s had a major impact on my life both personally and professionally. If I paid him $20,000 a month, it still wouldn’t match the value he brings.
“Four years of work in 49 minutes.”
